Maybe on a snake trail in a forests like I did in Goa . Here is a green vine snake that I saw in the creepers . Do try spotting the snake in the last two pictures - must give it to Ramesh, our guide .
i just love these guys....the color and the shape of their heads - the inside of the mouths are bright red.
once saw a feisty fellow in a farm - as i caught him, he doubled back and bit me right on the side of the eye - or rather i managed to turn my head in a reflex action...but cute fellow.
Amazing! great that u managed to capture it! incidentally, there is a pic of a green vine snake swallowing a sparrow in today's paper... and that was near my mom's place :)

as a kid, i used to find them in the Guava tree in my house.....many times camouflaged with the leaves to shock me while i am very close to it.
