Skywatch Friday - A fairy tale castle in Ireland

In the county of Tipperary is an ancient heritage town with an imposing castle that looks down the quaint streets . We are in Cahir, based on the Irish word “ cathir “ or stone fort which predated the current castle built in the 13th century .Located on the banks of the river Suir,this castle is open to the public and offers some great views of the town .
